 5.1.2 Characteristics of "Colissimo Monitoring" delivery from the Post Office

 In the event of absence, the Purchaser or the recipient of the order receives a delivery notice, allowing him to collect the products ordered at the nearest post office indicated in the delivery notice for a period of fifteen days.  If the buyer's letterbox corresponds to the standards established by La Poste, the package is, in principle, deposited in it.

 The Buyer or the recipient of the products ordered is invited to check the apparent condition of the products upon delivery.

 5.2 Delivery times

 For any order confirmed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) before 1:00 p.m. on the V. BEYLARD website, the order will be prepared within 5 working days, while stocks last.

 Article 7 - Return of products

 The products delivered can be returned by the Purchaser to V. BEYLARD under the conditions and according to the instructions detailed below.  The products must be returned to V. BEYLARD in perfect condition for resale or in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), duly sealed and accompanied by the Return slip signed by the Purchaser.

 7.1 Return by parcel

 V. BEYLARD accepts the return by parcel of any item purchased on www.confitures-gelees.com if it is returned to V. BEYLARD within 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt of its order by  the Buyer.

 The shipping costs of the return package remain the responsibility of the Buyer, except in the event of lack of conformity of the products delivered with respect to the order.

 The initial delivery costs are not reimbursed to the Purchaser except in the cases referred to in Article 5.2 above relating to the delivery times or in Article 6 above relating to the exercise of the right  withdrawal, or in the event of lack of conformity of the products delivered compared to the order.

 In case of exchange of product (s), the costs associated with a new delivery of products are the responsibility of the Buyer.

 Article 9 - Liability

 V. BEYLARD cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage which may arise from the purchase of the products.  Likewise, V.
