Terms of delivery

 .1.1 General rules

 The products forming the subject of a definitive order by the Purchaser under the conditions described in article 3.3 above will be delivered to the address indicated by the Purchaser on the order form, in mainland France (Corsica  included) and in certain countries of Europe and the world (with prior agreement from V. BEYLARD)

 Failure to comply with the contractual conditions described below, no claim from the Buyer will be accepted.

 .1.2 Characteristics of the "Colissimo Monitoring" delivery from the Post Office

 In the event of absence, the Purchaser or the recipient of the order receives a delivery notice, allowing him to collect the products ordered at the nearest post office indicated in the delivery notice for a period of fifteen days.  If the buyer's letterbox corresponds to the standards established by La Poste, the package is, in principle, deposited in it.

 The Buyer or the recipient of the products ordered is invited to check the apparent condition of the products upon delivery.

 In the presence of an apparent anomaly (damage, missing product compared to the delivery slip, damaged or broken package or product, etc.) noted during delivery in the presence of the La Poste employee, the Purchaser or the recipient of the products ordered  is required to apply the Colissimo de la Poste procedure, in particular by reporting any damage or shortcomings observed and by formulating any complaints and reservations and to refuse delivery by immediately issuing a report of anomaly to the employee of the Post office (finding 170)  .

 The Buyer or recipient of the products ordered has a period of 3 clear days from receipt of the order to notify the carrier, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, of any incident relating to the condition or content of the  delivered package.  He is also invited to report the problem encountered to V. BEYLARD by contacting V. BEYLARD customer service.

 .2 Delivery times

 For any order confirmed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) before 1:00 p.m. on the V. BEYLARD website, the order will be prepared within 5 working days, while stocks last.

 The delivery times, following payment of your order under the conditions described in article 3.3. Above, are as follows:

 - Colissimo POST tracking: less than or equal to 5 working days

 If these deadlines are exceeded exceeding 12 days and not due to a case of force majeure, the Buyer will have the possibility of canceling his order by registered letter with request for acknowledgment of receipt sent to the contact details indicated in the section "We  contact "on the V. BEYLARD website.  V. BEYLARD will then proceed to an investigation with the carrier concerned prior to reimbursement of the products ordered and not delivered.

 The Purchaser may exercise this right to cancel his order for failure to deliver within the contractual period, within a maximum period of sixty working days from when the maximum period indicated for the delivery of the products has been exceeded.  All sums paid by the Buyer will then be returned to him if the entire order is returned, in the form of a credit or a refund, at the Buyer's choice, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty  days following the date on which the Buyer has exercised his right to obtain the cancellation of his order.
